دفتر طراحی و معماری آرش خطیر با هدف ایجاد محیطهایی فراتر از یک فضای سکونت، به دنبال طراحی و ساخت محصولاتی است که نهتنها پاسخگوی نیازهای عملکردی و رفاهی باشند، بلکه حس آرامش، ارزشگذاری و اعتبار را برای ساکنان، همسایگان و شهر به ارمغان آورند. ما بر این باوریم که یک اقامتگاه ایدهآل، فضایی است که ساکنان آن تجربهای لذتبخش و بدون دغدغه از زندگی روزمره داشته باشند. این نگرش، نهتنها در مقیاس یک ساختمان، بلکه در مقیاس شهری و اجتماعی نیز معنا مییابد؛ به گونهای که هم برای ساکنان حس تعلق و آرامش ایجاد کند و هم بهعنوان نمادی از ارزش منطقهای و ملی، اثری ماندگار و الهامبخش باشد.

دفتر طراحی و معماری آرش خطیر در سال ۱۳۹۶ با هدف ارائه راهکارهای نوین و متمایز در صنعت طراحی و معماری تأسیس شد. این مجموعه با تمرکز بر ایجاد فضاهای لوکس و عملکردی، خدماتی جامع را از مطالعات اولیه پروژه تا طراحی، اجرا و تحویل نهایی ارائه میدهد.
حوزه فعالیتهای ما شامل طراحی و اجرای پروژههای مسکونی، تجاری، اداری، ویلایی و تفریحی است. همچنین، مجموعه ما در زمینه طراحی و تأمین مصالح و تجهیزات لوکس ساختمانی، بهویژه در بخشهای معماری داخلی و دکوراسیون، تجربهای گسترده و تخصصی دارد.

تیم طراحی معماری آرش خطیر در سال 1396 با هدف ارائه راه حل های مفید برای مشتریان در بخش املاک و مستغلات تاسیس شد. خدمات ما از مطالعات اولیه گرفته تا طراحی، آماده سازی، ساخت، تأسیسات، نمای بیرونی/داخلی و تجهیز ساختمان های آپارتمانی، ویلاها، اقامتگاه ها، ادارات، ساختمان های تجاری، عمارت ها و سایر مصنوعات معماری را شامل می شود.
