روند همکاری با AK TEAM
1. مشاوره اولیه
در این جلسه، نیازها و اهداف پروژه بررسی شده و توضیحات کاملی درباره روند طراحی، زمانبندی و مراحل ارائه میگردد.
برای بررسی دقیقتر، داشتن نقشهبرداری زمین یا نقشه وضع موجود ضروری است. کاربری و متراژ زمین نیز از اطلاعات اصلی برای شروع مشاوره محسوب میشود.
2. ارائه هزینهها
بر اساس اطلاعات اولیه، هزینههای طراحی مطابق با مقیاس، پیچیدگی و سطح خدمات پروژه محاسبه و اعلام میگردد.
3. عقد قرارداد
پس از توافق نهایی، جهت ایجاد تعهد متقابل و حفظ نظم حرفهای، قرارداد رسمی تنظیم و امضا میشود.
4. آغاز فرآیند طراحی
پس از ثبت قرارداد، تیم طراحی پروژه را بررسی کرده و روند طراحی آغاز میشود. در طول مسیر، جلسات هماهنگی جهت بازبینی و کنترل جزئیات برگزار خواهد شد.

Our Collaboration Process
1. Initial Consultation
During this meeting, we review the project’s needs, goals, and expectations, and provide a complete overview of the design process, timeline, and next steps.
For accurate evaluation, a land survey plan or existing site plan is required. Additionally, the land use and plot area are essential details for the consultation.
2. Cost Proposal
Based on the provided information, a detailed design fee will be calculated and presented according to the scale, complexity, and service level of the project.
3. Contract Agreement
Upon mutual agreement, an official contract will be prepared and signed to ensure professional structure and clear commitments for both parties.
4. Design Phase
After the contract is finalized, our design team conducts a project review and begins the design process. Throughout the workflow, coordination meetings will be held to refine concepts and oversee all project details.
